MS Society

The MS Society  is the UK's largest charity for people affected by multiple sclerosis. There are branches throughout the UK including a newly established Moray Branch. This local branch now has a group of people willing to be active and, with your support, will soon have a range of activities and services to help people with MS in Moray. The National website has a link to help you find out about events and activities including fundraising. The starting point is HERE

You can contact the Moray Branch on their dedicated number 07874229014.

There is still time to register to attend the Scotland Council Annual Meeting on Friday 14 June in Perth. This is your chance to hear all about the MS Society’s upcoming activities, and find out how you can get involved. Most importantly our role is to represent people affected by MS in Scotland, so we need you to come along and tell us what you think about our work, and help us shape what we do.

On the day you will hear about the latest in MS research from world leading Professor of Neurology, Siddharthan Chandran. Christine Carlin, our new Director for Scotland, will also be there to talk through the Society’s work in Scotland. You will then get your chance to put forward your questions in our ‘ask the panel’ session.

We are offering some fantastic workshops with a choice of topics from the financial implications of living with MS to mindfulness. As we’ll also be celebrating Carers’ Week we will have a workshop dedicated to carers. It is also a great chance to meet up with other people and catch up on their news.

Places are limited and will go quickly so book today!
