The Moray Hydrotherapy Pool located in Forres offers a form of exercise carried out in a specially heated pool. The combination of the extra heat and the buoyancy of the water provide a relaxing medium in which exercises can be carried out and thus improve general fitness levels. The level of exercise can be adjusted according to the age and fitness of the client and is supervised by a trained instructor or Physiotherapist. There is now transport to the Hydrotherapy Pool available to MSers in Moray. Thanks to the efforts of members of the Moray MS Support Group and the generosity of the Forres Osprey Bus, there is a trip on most Thursdays to the Pool with pick-ups possible throughout Moray. If you are interested contact the MS Specialist Nurse who will pass on your details. The Moray Branch of the MS Society is also considering ways in which it can help financially.
