This isn't everyone's cup of tea but you can pick up lots of ideas from those who may be experiencing the same symptoms as you or who may have found a good way of managing their condition. The Moray Branch of the MS Society is really getting off the ground. They held their "annual meeting" last Saturday and confirmed post holders such as Chair and Secretary. They are still looking for more people to become involved so if you are interested contact them. Click HERE for details. They are also looking for ideas of how the Branch can best help people with MS in Moray. They have some money to spend so more ambitious ideas are welcome. The Branch can also help you access MS Society grants for things like equipment or short breaks.
