Strictly Dancing!

A paper presented to the meeting of the Consortium of MS Centres in the US argues that a good form of exercise for MSers is Dancing! It says:
"Learning partnered dances, such as the waltz or salsa, can be the perfect mix of activities that target deficits in MS — cognition, fatigue, balance, and depression."

If you're like me and enjoy shaking your body (!) then you can indulge yourself and it will be good for your health!
