New Year Resolution?

At this time of year we often turn our attention to things we'd like to do a bit differently. Taking more exercise is a favourite and people with MS know that a little bit of exercise can really help with balance, flexibility and general well-being.

So I've updated the Exercise page and added a bit more to the Yoga + Tai Chi page. Do have a look. And all the best to you all for 2012.
