Keith Park from the MS Society has been in touch with news of a helpful development for MSers. He writes:

"Gillian, the MS Nurse, and myself have been working with Moray College to develop a short course of exercise and activities for people with MS. The plan is for the students at the college to develop a programme of accessible sports and activities that will be delivered to people with MS at the college.

There will be an open day on the 28th of February where anyone who is interested can come along and speak to the lecturers and students, try out some of the possible activities and see if they wish to take part in the programme. The open day will then be followed by 6 sessions, one of which will be an information and evaluation event.

All the activities will be graded to cater for a range of abilities and anyone who wishes to take part will have a say in what these are. If you are interested in taking part please contact Gillian Alexander the MS Nurse."
