Another hiccup!

posted 19 Oct 2014, 07:38 by Alan B.
I haven't been able to do much work on this site for a few weeks as I have been in hospital again - once more not MS-related, but for the first time for years I've had a condition that can be cured. Yippee!

I try my best to keep this site current and accurate, so whilst I may not be able to add to the site for a wee while I'll undertake to make sure that it is as free of mistakes and out-of-date information as possible.

A piece of good news is that the Mindfulness for MS course, being piloted in Moray, had it's first session last Friday and went very well with 12 participants. This exciting venture may be a first in the UK and could lead to repeat courses here in Moray as well as elsewhere in the country.
